Every Ana-D liferaft undergoes rigorous factory acceptance tests and strict compliance checks before deployment.

Pack Configuration: The liferafts shall be packed with SOLAS A Pack or SOLAS B Pack depending on vessel type and voyage requirements.
Gas Cylinders & Valves: Gas cylinders shall be of an approved type with components in the inflation system approved according to ISO 15738:2002.
Float-Free System: Intended to be installed with external weak link and hydrostatic release unit (HRU) for automatic emergency deployment.
Service Intervals: Serviced annually at authorized service stations. Administration may extend this period up to 17 months when impracticable.
Production Quality: Production tests conducted in accordance with IMO Resolution MSC.81(70) Part 2 and Module D of Marine Equipment Directive 96/98/EC.
